The YY-LM110 Series is a blue multilayer protective film designed for reliable surface protection and internal bonding in new energy battery applications. Its composite structure combines dual PET layers with acrylic adhesive, offering excellent flexibility, strong adhesion, and good weather resistance.
The film delivers balanced peel strength and high adhesion to steel surfaces, while maintaining stable performance under elevated temperatures. It also passes AC and DC breakdown voltage tests, ensuring electrical safety for use near sensitive battery components.
With warp-free performance after humidity exposure and consistent optical properties, the YY-LM110 Series is ideal for battery surface protection, component insulation, and assembly processes where reliability and clean removal are essential.
