Product Description

DTT#1 silicone fiberglass cloth tape is constructed with high-density fiberglass cloth substrate coated with high-performance silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, processed under high-temperature curing. It delivers outstanding dielectric insulation, exceptional high-temperature resistance and great solvent resistance, with a stable working temperature range of 60°C to 260°C. It maintains consistent insulation and adhesion performance under continuous high-temperature operation.

Featuring Class H heat resistance and superior electrical breakdown performance, this tape retains stable adhesion and reliable insulation in long-term high-temperature environments. It also boasts excellent solvent resistance and dimensional stability, avoiding shrinkage or deformation under thermal exposure. Standardized physical indicators guarantee steady performance for all high-temperature electrical insulation and thermal masking scenarios.

This product is primarily applied to high-temperature insulation of transformers, electrical components and motor parts, as well as high-temperature masking protection during thermal spraying and other industrial high-heat working scenarios.
