Description

SP-KX50 is a 50µm high-temperature double-sided gold finger tape with PI substrate and silicone adhesive. This high‑temperature double‑sided tape features excellent heat resistance and reliable adhesion. It offers good resistance to alcohol, acids and alkalis, and can be repositioned without leaving residue. With low electrolytic properties and high abrasion resistance, it delivers stable performance in demanding environments.

Constructed with PI and silicone layers, the tape provides strong electrical insulation and thermal stability. It is designed for high‑temperature applications and solder protection, ensuring safe and consistent use in electronic and electrical assembly processes.
