Description

The KX2525 Series is a 50μm high heat polyimide (Kapton) tape coated with silicone adhesive, designed for extreme temperature applications up to 260°C for 30 minutes. This gold finger tape offers excellent adhesion strength over 600g, low electrolysis, and outstanding resistance to alcohol, acids, and alkalis. Its clean removability allows for repositioning and reuse without leaving any residue, making it a reliable choice for demanding industrial environments.

Silicone adhesive Kapton (PI) tape offers excellent heat resistance, good conformability, solvent resistance, re-peelable without residue, acid and alkali resistance. It features high insulation, anti-static and flame-retardant options. Short-term heat resistant to 300℃, long-term to 260℃, ideal for high-temperature electronic applications.

Common applications include PCB gold finger protection during soldering, slot insulation for motors and transformers, lithium battery electrode bundling, and high-temperature masking for painting or sandblasting.
