100μm High-Temperature Polyimide Film for Electric Battery

The PI100 Series is a 100μm thick polyimide (PI) raw film manufactured by Sanfeng Win New Material (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. It is produced through polycondensation of pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA) in a solvent, followed by casting, imidization, and stretching processes. The film is supplied in rolls with a standard inner core diameter of 76mm rigid paper tube, featuring neat edges without damage.

The PI100 film has a total thickness of 100μm. It is widely used in applications requiring high thermal stability and excellent electrical insulation.
