35μm High-temperature Polyimide Silicone Tape
Description

The KX2510+2 Series is a 35μm high heat polyimide (Kapton) tape coated with silicone adhesive, designed for extreme temperature applications up to 260°C for 30 minutes. This gold finger tape offers excellent adhesion strength 100-300g, low electrolysis, and outstanding resistance to alcohol, acids, and alkalis. Its clean removability allows for repositioning and reuse without leaving any residue, making it a reliable choice for demanding industrial environments.

Silicone adhesive Kapton (PI) tape offers excellent heat resistance, good conformability, solvent resistance, re-peelable without residue, acid and alkali resistance. It features high insulation, anti-static and flame-retardant options. Short-term heat resistant to 300℃, long-term to 260℃, ideal for high-temperature electronic applications.

Common applications include PCB gold finger protection during soldering, slot insulation for motors and transformers, lithium battery electrode bundling, and high-temperature masking for painting or sandblasting.
