Product Description

The PI50-SS Series is a 50μm thick polyimide (PI) raw film manufactured by Sanfeng Win New Material (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. It is produced through polycondensation of pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA) in a solvent, followed by casting, imidization, and stretching processes. The film is supplied in rolls with a standard inner core diameter of 76mm rigid paper tube, featuring neat edges without damage.

The PI50-SS Series polyimide film is widely used in applications requiring high thermal stability and excellent electrical insulation. Common applications include flexible printed circuit boards (FPCs), insulating tapes, motor and transformer slot insulation, electromagnetic wire wrapping, high-temperature-resistant labels, and insulating layers for electronic components. Its reliable dielectric strength and uniform thickness also make it suitable for automotive electronics, and precision electrical equipment where consistent insulation performance is critical.
